Pollock Cohen, as lead counsel, represented the whistleblower in a qui tam lawsuit brought under the False Claims Act. It was just one of a handful of qui tam cases where the government chose to intervene, and it resulted in a multi-million dollar settlement.

Elder Financial Exploitation
Pollock Cohen has filed a civil lawsuit on behalf of a 76-year-old retiree who was scammed out of his life savings. The complaint alleges a sophisticated scam robbed their client of $400,000, and that critical failures by both PNC Bank and American Coin & Stamp Company, a precious metals dealer, allowed the financial exploitation scam to happen.

Pollock Cohen and Walden Macht have filed a class action on behalf of more than 1 million patients against Carelon Behavioral Health for publishing an inaccurate directory of doctors.

Ghost Networks Class Action
