Anthem Health Plans, Inc., a class action lawsuit filed in Connecticut state court. The lawsuit filed against Anthem Health Plans, Carelon, and their parent company, Elevance, alleges fraudulent and negligent misrepresentation for failing to maintain an accurate provider directory, which has resulted in what are known as “ghost networks.”
