In Kaiser Permanente overpayment lawsuit may proceed in part, federal judge rules" (Courthouse News Service, February 13, 2024), Courthouse News examines a Sacramento federal judge's decision to dismiss portions of a lawsuit brought by a former Kaiser Permanente compliance officer who claimed the health care giant schemed to defraud the federal government.
