Hannah Bartlett (She/Her)

Hannah Bartlett is a litigation associate at Pollock Cohen.

Prior to joining the firm, Hannah was an associate at the litigation boutique, Holwell Shuster & Goldberg, LLP where she represented clients in complex commercial litigation and maintained an active pro bono practice, including cases involving the Fourth Amendment, Title IX, and voting rights. She previously served as a law clerk to the Honorable Karen Nelson Moore of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, and as a law clerk to the Honorable Victor A. Bolden of the U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut. In her first year after graduating from law school, Hannah was a law clerk and then an associate in the Litigation and Enforcement Department at Ropes & Gray, LLP.

Hannah graduated from the University of California, Irvine School of Law, where she was an Executive Editor for the UC Irvine Law Review and a Research Assistant for Professor Richard L. Hasen, whose scholarship focuses on election law, remedies, and legislation and statutory interpretation. She was also a member of the COVID-19 & Civil Rights Clinic and the Immigrant Rights Clinic. Hannah interned at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York, the American Civil Liberties Union Voting Rights Project, and the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.
