Pollock Cohen congratulates Ben Battles on his appointment as Chief, General Counsel and Administrative Law Division at the Vermont Attorney General’s Office effective January 17, 2023.

Ben joined Pollock Cohen as Senior Counsel to the firm in January 2022 after serving as Solicitor General in the Vermont Attorney General’s Office. While at the firm he was a key contributor to the Appeals and Supreme Court practice.

The Pollock Cohen appellate team handles high stakes appeals in courts throughout the country, including the U.S. Supreme Court and nearly all U.S. Courts of Appeals, and routinely collaborate with others to devise appellate and impact litigation strategies around particular issues.
